The game uses several songs originally made in s3m, mod and xm format. The original song files are included on the Bonus CD-ROM of the game, a disk that was originally given as a free addition to those who referred the game to others. The disk also includes several songs which were rejected. This is the chosen soundtrack, with artist and downloads where available; the songs are all apparently free.

image hosting direct linking
how do you download a Flickr photo?

how can i download photos on Flickr? the only thing i know is to right clicking on them and selecting save as image and like this. but i don’t know how to bring the high resolution photo. i don’t know what to do. I’m really new in flicker please help me out.
is there any way you can send a direct link of a photo that is hosted on Flickr?

Open the photo you want in Flickr. Above the photo there a three icons:
-A Fave
-Blog This
-All sizes
Click on ‘All Sizes’. Depending on what size the photo was when it was uploaded, there should be a few different options as to what size you can view it at. Small, medium, large, orginal etc etc. Above the photo there should also be the option ‘Download this photo’. Click on that and then save to your computer.

Please bear in mind also that some Flickr members have disabled this option on their photos, so you will not be able to download their photo at all, even if you right click the image.

Hope this helps, and I hope you enjoy Flickr!
:)

event hosting tips

event hosting tips
Networking and Marketing inexpensively?

Hi – does anyone have any tips on how to market oneself inexpensively?

I find that many times – experienced hosts charge $20+ to create an event where you meet people you can work and trade ideas with. The problem is that $20+ multiplied by 1-2 times a week for maybe 3-4 new contacts a month doesn’t seem very effective.

Are there any ways that you know how to go out there and make new connections that doesn’t always involve bagels and coffee or appetizers and wine? Maybe things that aren’t events – maybe activities or something?

I ask because I would like to get to know my political/activist community better, as well as find people to market my skills to – for the ultimate goal of finding people that can put me in contact to those that would like to hire consultants.

Thanks in advance!

you need to leverage social media, its free it has a tremendous reach and ITS FREE!!!! sites like twitter, facebook, linkedin, myspace (ok maybe not myspace but you get the gist) are great for this!

web designer hosting

web designer hosting
Is it better to have your web designer host your website, or for you to purchase a hosting package?

I’d like to ensure control over my web site that is being built. Would it be better for me to purchase a hosting package through the same company I purchased my website domain and just provide the log-in information to my web site developer? Or should I just let them host it?

Your website can be hosted anywhere as long as they meet the requirements. If your designer is offering a reasonable price you may want to go with him because they’ll be more familiar with the control panel. Chances are your designer is actually reselling another company’s service. There’s nothing wrong with that if the upstream provider is good and the price is right.
