configuration help!?
i dont have a router and need to know how to configure my computer or my internet to allow incoming access. i play WC3 but i cant host custom games because my computer doesnt allow incoming access and i need to know how to change it so i can. any help would be great thanx in advance

It all depends on the system you are running and whether you have a private Internet connection or it’s shared.
If you are using XP with a firewall and a private internet connection you need to go to control panel and select firewall and add the programme you are using to the allowed section. If you have another type of firewall you need to go to the suppliers documentation.

It the luck of the irish you can’t be the host of a game match, which I think that sucks because I HATE IT when your about to win and the host leave the match. Anyways the only way you can be a host is in a private match and you decide who stay and who goes. In regular matches when you choose a game and it only you and your waiting for matched players then you know your the host. Sorry there isn’t any other way to becoming host. Care to play sometime let me know add me right now working on head shot with mp5 so getting some kills…..I did play bad last night my last match I ended up with 25 deaths and 12 kills WORST GAME EVER!!!
